Terms of Service

Career Radar (“Platform”) is operated by Atlas Recruitment K.K. (“Atlas”), a Tokyo-based recruitment firm licensed under Japan’s Employment Security Act (職業安定法). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• Employers posting roles must be legally registered businesses. Recruitment agencies may not post roles.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Job Posts

• Roles must be relevant for aspiring investment professionals.
• Roles must be for internships or entry-level positions (0–3 years’ experience).
• Roles must be based in Japan.
• Atlas reserves the right to remove any posting that does not comply with these rules or is deemed inappropriate.

3. Professional Profiles (“Talent”)

• Candidates may create a professional profile (“Talent”).
• Profiles are visible to employers only if set to “Available for work.”
• Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in their profiles.

4. Applications

• When you apply to a role, your information is shared directly with the employer.
• The employer is responsible for handling your data once received, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Career Radar does not guarantee any hiring outcome.

5. Use of Data by Atlas

• If you consent during sign-up to Receive job opportunities from Atlas Recruitment K.K. not listed on Career Radar?, Atlas may review your profile and contact you directly under its licensed recruitment services.
• If you do not consent, Atlas will not use your profile data beyond the Platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or offensive.
• Attempt to access or misuse another user’s account.
• Copy, scrape, or resell Platform content without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Platform and its content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Atlas or its licensors.
• Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Platform content without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Atlas is not liable for hiring outcomes, employer actions, or candidate actions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas’s liability is limited to the greater of JPY 10,000 or the amount paid (if any) to use the Platform.

9. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any resulting impact on users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

利用規約

Career Radar（以下「本プラットフォーム」）は、東京を拠点とし、日本の職業安定法に基づく有料職業紹介事業の許可を受けているAtlas Recruitment株式会社（以下「Atlas」）が運営しています。本プラットフォームを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。規約に同意されない場合は、ご利用をお控えください。

1. 利用資格とアカウント

• 本プラットフォームを利用できるのは18歳以上の方に限ります。
• 求人を掲載できるのは、正式に登録された企業のみです。人材紹介会社による掲載は認められません。
• 登録時には正確かつ完全な情報を提供する必要があります。
• アカウントの認証情報およびアカウントを通じて行われるすべての活動については、ユーザー本人が責任を負います。

2. 求人掲載

• 掲載できるのは、投資業界を志望する人材に関連するポジションに限ります。
• インターンシップまたはエントリーレベル（社会人経験0〜3年）のポジションに限ります。
• 求人は日本国内におけるポジションである必要があります。
• Atlasは、本規約に違反する、または不適切と判断した求人を削除する権利を有します。

3. プロフェッショナルプロフィール（「タレント」）

• 候補者はプロフェッショナルプロフィール（「タレント」）を作成できます。
• プロフィールは「就業可能」に設定した場合のみ企業に公開されます。
• プロフィールの内容については、候補者自身が正確性に責任を負います。

4. 応募

• ユーザーが求人に応募した場合、応募情報は求人を掲載した企業に直接共有されます。
• 共有後の個人情報の取り扱いは、当該企業のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
• Career Radarは採用結果を保証しません。

5. Atlasによるデータ利用

• サインアップ時に「Career Radarに掲載されていない求人情報をAtlas Recruitment株式会社から受け取る」に同意した場合、Atlasは有料職業紹介事業の許可に基づき、プロフィールを確認し、他の求人について直接ご連絡することがあります。
• 同意しない場合、Atlasが本プラットフォーム外でプロフィール情報を利用することはありません。

6. 禁止行為

以下の行為は禁止されています。

• 虚偽、誤解を招く、または不正確な情報の掲載
• 違法、差別的、攻撃的な内容の掲載
• 他のユーザーのアカウントに不正アクセスまたは悪用する行為
• 本プラットフォームのコンテンツを無断でコピー、スクレイピング、再販する行為

7. 知的財産権

• 本プラットフォームおよびそのコンテンツ（ユーザー生成コンテンツを除く）は、Atlasまたはそのライセンサーに帰属します。
• ユーザーは、事前の承諾なしにコンテンツを複製、改変、配布することはできません。

8. 責任の制限

• 本プラットフォームは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も伴いません。
• Atlasは、採用結果、企業の行為、候補者の行為について一切の責任を負いません。
• 法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Atlasの責任額は、利用に際して支払われた金額（ある場合）または1万円のいずれか高い方を上限とします。

9. サービスの変更

当社は、事前の通知なしに本プラットフォームの一部または全部を変更、一時停止、または中止することがあります。これによりユーザーに生じた影響について、当社は責任を負いません。

10. 準拠法および管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。本規約に関連する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
