Career Radar (“Platform”) is operated by Atlas Recruitment K.K. (“Atlas”), a Tokyo-based recruitment firm licensed under Japan’s Employment Security Act (職業安定法). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use the Platform:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, contact details, and other information you provide when creating an account.
• Job Applications: CV/resume, cover letter, and related materials submitted when applying for jobs.
• Employer Listings: Job descriptions, requirements, and other posting details provided by employers.
• Professional Profiles / Talent: Information you choose to include in your professional profile.
• Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, and activity logs.
• Cookies/Tracking: Data collected through cookies or similar tools to improve functionality and analyze usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Platform Operation: To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform’s functionality and user experience.
• Connecting Candidates and Employers: To enable job seekers to apply for roles and employers to receive applications.
• Professional Profiles / Talent: To allow employers to view and contact candidates who have set their profile to “Available for work.”
• Recruitment Services by Atlas: If you select “Yes” to Receive job opportunities from Atlas Recruitment K.K. not listed on Career Radar?, Atlas may also review your profile and contact you directly about other roles under its licensed recruitment services (有料職業紹介事業).
• Communication: To notify you about account activity, applications, and updates.
• Analytics and Research: To analyze usage trends, measure performance, and improve services.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. How We Share Your Information

Your information may be shared in the following cases:

• With Employers (Applications): When you apply for a role, your application materials will be shared with the employer that posted the job. Once shared, that employer is responsible for handling your information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• With Employers (Professional Profiles / Talent): If you create a professional profile (“Talent”) and set it to “Available for work,” the information you provide may be visible to employers with access to the Platform, who may contact you directly. If your profile is not set to “Available,” it will remain private.
• With Atlas Recruitment (Consent-Based): If you have selected “Yes” to Receive job opportunities from Atlas Recruitment K.K. not listed on Career Radar?, Atlas may use your profile data to review your background and contact you directly about other opportunities under its licensed recruitment services.
• With Service Providers: Data may be shared with third-party vendors (e.g., JBoard, Airtable, hosting providers) that help operate the Platform. These vendors may store data outside Japan, but appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses are applied where required.
• Legal Requirements: Data may be disclosed if required by law or valid legal request.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your Rights

Under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws (including GDPR):

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• You may withdraw consent for Atlas to use your data in recruitment activities.
• You may request export of your data (to the extent required by law).

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If such data is discovered, we will delete it promptly.

Career Radar（以下「本プラットフォーム」）は、東京を拠点とし、日本の職業安定法に基づく有料職業紹介事業の許可を受けているAtlas Recruitment株式会社（以下「Atlas」）が運営しています。当社は、皆様のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の適切な取り扱いを重要な責務と考えています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本プラットフォーム利用時に収集する情報、その利用目的、および保護方法について説明します。

本プラットフォームにアクセスまたは利用することにより、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された取り扱いに同意したものとみなされます。

1. 収集する情報

当社は、ユーザーが本プラットフォームを利用する際に以下の情報を収集することがあります。

• 個人情報: アカウント作成時に提供される氏名、メールアドレス、連絡先、その他任意で提供された情報。
• 求人応募情報: 履歴書、職務経歴書、カバーレター、その他応募に関連する資料。
• 求人掲載情報: 掲載企業が提供する求人情報（職務内容、応募条件、連絡方法など）。
• プロフェッショナルプロフィール／タレント情報: ユーザーが自身のプロフィールに入力した情報。
• 利用状況データ: IPアドレス、端末情報、ブラウザ種別、OS、利用ログなど。
• Cookieおよび類似技術: 機能改善や利用状況分析のために使用されるデータ。

2. 情報の利用目的

当社は、収集した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

• プラットフォーム運営: 本プラットフォームの機能提供、維持、改善のため。
• 候補者と企業のマッチング: ユーザーが求人に応募し、企業が応募を受け取るため。
• プロフェッショナルプロフィール／タレント情報: プロフィールを「就業可能」に設定した場合、企業が閲覧・連絡できるようにするため。
• Atlasによる人材紹介サービス: サインアップ時に 「Career Radarに掲載されていない求人情報をAtlas Recruitment株式会社から受け取る」 に「はい」と回答した場合、Atlasは有料職業紹介事業者としての許可に基づき、プロフィールを確認し、求人情報を直接ご案内することがあります。
• コミュニケーション: アカウント、応募、サービス更新に関する通知のため。
• 分析・リサーチ: 利用状況の分析、サービス改善のため。
• 法令遵守: 法律・規制に基づく対応のため。

3. 情報の共有

当社は以下の場合に限り、ユーザーの情報を共有することがあります。

• 企業への提供（応募時）: ユーザーが求人に応募した場合、応募情報は求人を掲載した企業に共有されます。応募後の個人情報の取り扱いは、当該企業のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
• 企業への提供（プロフィール／タレント）: プロフェッショナルプロフィール（「タレント」）を作成し「就業可能」に設定した場合、入力した情報はプラットフォームにアクセスできる企業に公開され、直接連絡を受ける可能性があります。設定を「就業可能」にしない限り、プロフィールは非公開のままとなります。
• Atlasによる利用（同意に基づく場合）: サインアップ時に「はい」と回答した場合、Atlasはプロフィール情報を確認し、他の求人について直接ご連絡することがあります。
• サービス提供者への提供: プラットフォーム運営のため、外部委託先（例: JBoard、Airtable、ホスティング事業者など）に情報を共有することがあります。これらの事業者が海外でデータを保管する場合、必要に応じてEU標準契約条項（SCC）等の適切な保護措置を講じます。
• 法的要請への対応: 法律または有効な法的請求に基づき開示する場合があります。

4. データの保存期間

当社は、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された目的の達成に必要な期間、または法令に基づく期間に限り個人データを保管します。不要になったデータは、適切に削除または匿名化されます。

5. データの安全管理

当社は、個人データを不正アクセス、改ざん、漏洩等から保護するため、合理的な管理体制および技術的措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上での通信や電子的な保存方法において、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。

6. ユーザーの権利

個人情報保護法（APPI）およびその他の適用法（GDPRを含む）に基づき、ユーザーは以下の権利を有します。

• 自身の個人データの開示、訂正、削除を求める権利
• Atlasによる人材紹介活動への同意を撤回する権利
• 法令に基づく範囲で個人データのエクスポートを求める権利

7. 未成年者のプライバシー

本プラットフォームは18歳未満の方を対象としていません。当社は未成年者から故意に情報を収集しません。万一収集していた場合は、速やかに削除します。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページに新しい施行日とともに掲載します。
