業容拡大に伴い、今般、投資案件の調査や分析、資料作成、マーケットリサーチなどを中心に、実務のサポートを担っていただくインターンを募集します。
不動産投資や金融の実務に近い環境で、基礎的な分析力やビジネススキルを身につけたい大学生の方を歓迎します。
主な業務内容
投資案件のリサーチ・初期検討サポート
- 仲介会社や信託銀行などから入手した案件情報の整理
- 案件概要の入力、資料整理
- 簡易的な初期スクリーニングの補
アンダーライティング・分析サポート
- Excelを用いたデータ整理、モデル作成補助
- マーケット事例や比較事例の調査
- 投資判断に必要な基礎データの収集
クロージング業務のサポート
- デューデリジェンス資料の整理
- 会議資料や社内外向け資料の作成補助
- 関係者とのやり取りに必要な情報整理
アセットマネジメント業務のサポート
- 保有物件の運用状況に関するデータ整理・分析
- 投資家向けレポーティング資料の作成補助
- 売却時のマーケット調査や資料作成補助

We are seeking part-time interns (university / graduate students) to support our growing real estate investment and asset management business.
Alpha Edge Capital is a real estate asset management and advisory firm founded in 2024. As a small and entrepreneurial team, we are involved in a wide range of real estate investment, asset management, and advisory activities.
In this internship role, you will mainly support research, and analysis related to new investment opportunities and on-going asset management. This position is well suited for students who are interested in gaining practical exposure to real estate, finance, and investing.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Research / Initial Deal Screening
- Organize and review materials for potential investment opportunities
- Data management
- Support initial screening
Underwriting
- Assist with Excel-based financial analysis and model updates
- Conduct market research and comps case studies
- Gather data to support underwriting assumptions
Closing
- Organize due diligence materials
- Assist in preparing internal and external presentation materials
- Support coordination and information management
Asset Management
- Assist with portfolio / asset-level data analysis
- Support preparation of investor reporting materials
- Help with market research and materials for disposition processes
Qualifications
- Current university or graduate student
- Available to work 2–3 days per week
- Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working with numbers, research, and analytical tasks
- Strong interest in real estate investment, finance, funds, M&A, or consulting
- Self-motivated and able to work in a small team environment
- English reading ability is a plus
