Wayfarer is building the next-generation hospitality platform in Japan.

Founded in 2019, we operate and manage over 530 rooms across our brands — Kabin, Wayfarer, and ORI — in high-demand urban markets including Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. But we are not simply a hotel operator. We are building a scalable operating and investment platform designed to expand through disciplined growth, smart partnerships, and data-driven decision-making.

Our ambition is to reshape how modern travelers experience cities — blending thoughtful design, strong unit economics, and technology-enabled operations. We combine on-the-ground execution with in-house systems that create operational efficiency, transparent performance tracking, and the ability to scale responsibly.

We are still early. That means real exposure and real responsibility. Team members work directly with senior leadership on sourcing, analysis, operations, and growth initiatives. If you join us, you won’t be a small cog in a large machine — you’ll help build the machine.
